Terms of Service for Tower of Doggo

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Tower of Doggo ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the Game.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and the security of your account credentials.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to cheating, harassment, or any behavior that disrupts the experience of other users.

6. In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, and text, is the property of Reika and Xubia Studios and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Platform Terms

If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you are also subject to their respective terms of service.

10. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reika and Xubia Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Game.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reika and Xubia Studios from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Game or violation of these Terms.

13. Updates

We reserve the right to modify the Game and these Terms at any time without prior notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Reika and Xubia Studios regarding the Game and supersede all prior agreements.
