By downloading, installing, or using Tower of Doggo (the “Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Use the Game for any commercial purpose without our permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Game or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Game
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
  • Create derivative works based on the Game
  • Use any third-party software to modify the Game experience

6. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer in-app purchases of virtual currency, items, or other content. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or legal tender.

All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, text, software, music, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.
